At SMX East 2009, we got a chance to catch up with the Group Product Manager for the Bing platform and ecosystem, Eric Gilmore. During our chat, Eric discussed what Bing results mean for both end users and the SEO community. Specifically, Eric addressed just how “the decision engine” is supposed to help consumers save time and make decisions, and how Bing is working with the SEOs to help them help provide users with the information they need to make those decisions.
