The Account Manager is the primary contact and ultimate point of accountability with NVI clients.  This is a heavy client management and strategic development role. You need to build relationships, understand your clients' needs, provide strategic thinking and be instrumental in delivering the right solution. You are ultimately responsible for the entire client relationship, from setting expectations to the delivery on those expectations. To succeed, you'll need to; understand the client's pain points, business objectives, marketing plan and objectives; build out the strategic approach to reach/exceed their goals; oversee each deliverable including setting client expectations and ensuring the NVI team is delivering against those expectations.  So, while the end-goal is the long-term development of the relationship and growing the account, you'll need to make sure that the client is completely satisfied with NVI from day one of the engagement.

Working as part of the SEO/Inbound Marketing team on a wide variety of different projects, you will have responsibility for acquiring links to our client sites and help generate buzz for clients across several social channels. Your day to day role will involve lots of creative searching on the major search engines, looking at trends on social networks, speaking to website owners and social media influencers, and thinking up inventive ways to acquire links & social signals to make strong ranking and branding recommendations. You will also be involved in creating strategies for our clients to help them gain inbound links & positive brand interaction.
