Once we know what we're examining and the data collection is set up correctly, we prepare for the first tests. This means setting up the conversion testing tools for A/B and multivariate testing, so that we can start to identify ways to tweak the site to improve performance and streamline usability. In working towards these ends, we are particularly fond of Google Website Optimizer (GWO).

With the plan fully determined and the stage set, the testing begins. User behaviour emerges and is studied, and, finally, the user experience is optimized.

 

BEGIN TESTS & ANALYZE RESULTS

Conversion optimization is an ongoing process. Maintaining and refining the conversion process means that your users will perform better. When the switch is flipped and the testing begins, we watch and learn what works, analyzing data for roadblocks and opportunities.
