Challenge
Desjardins offers Card Services that allows merchants to process card-based transactions. Merchants can then login into the Desjardins site to generate reports on all the transactions they process. NVI was called upon to conduct usability tests on the user-interface and online merchant reports.
Solution
NVI identified a number of challenges that arose during usability tests. NVI then collaborated with Desjardins to create a new user-interface with increased ergonomic levels and usability.
Results
Merchants using Desjardins Card Services will now be able to easily access the data that's relevant to their business goals. This will also reduce customer service costs for Desjardins.
