Challenge
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) is the largest organization representing and serving the airline industry worldwide. IATA was looking to increase its sales conversion rate for the vast amount of online services it offers (training, documentation, etc.) IATA contacted NVI to help achieve this objective.
Solution
To improve the sales conversion rate, NVI proposed a "Pay-Per-Click'' search engine marketing strategy, intended to increase sales volume while simultaneously optimizing the cost-per-acquisition to maximize profitability.
Results
NVI used a combination of search engine optimization approaches to achieve IATA's online objective. NVI successfully increased IATA's online sales conversion rate, the number of website visitors and brand awareness.
