THE CHALLENGE
BountyFishing is an online fishing tournament and community which gathers north-american anglers from around the world. Thanks to a digital imaging detection system, anglers are able to publish their catch and compete from anywhere in North America to win weekly cash rewards.
BountyFishing needed a strong web-based platform to support its online "fishing community and payment system. A long-term Internet strategy was put into place which included a combination of SEO, SEM, and SMO practices.
THE SOLUTION

NVI has put in place Internet marketing strategies such as SEO, link building, worldwide pay-per-click and banner campaigns, widgets and Web 2.0 features. BountyFishing is building a strong identity and notoriety thanks to its offline and online efforts. It is ranking high in the search engines under numerous keywords such as species (trout, catfish, walleye, smallmouth bass, etc…), fishing tips, fishing spots, fishing equipments, fishing reviews, fishing tournaments and fishing community related themes.
BountyFishing has been listed as one of the best topics on Digg homepage and other social networkings (digg-like social platforms, fishing threads, blogs, etc…).
