This is the second half of our interview with Bryan Eisenberg. We caught up with Bryan a few weeks ago at SES Toronto.
In this clip, Bryan discusses how social media can impact conversion rates. Bryan points out that unlike SEO or PPC, there isn’t any direct impact between social media and conversions. Rather, social media fits into the picture because it can raise your brand awareness and increase how much consumers trust it, which in turn can lead to an increase in sales. But Tweets and the like will rarely lead to an uptick in sales.
