Desjardins Card Service, part of the largest cooperative financial group in Canada, aimed to identify and correct some problems in web tools usage for customers. In addition, the new version of their website needed to be optimized for the search engines while avoiding possible traffic loss during a migration.

First, after having presented the proposed changes to the application, nvi created graphic models and supported integration and programming of new visuals for Desjardins’ team. Thanks to the expertise of nvi, Desjardins has now an interface that makes access to information easier and more intuitive. Costs in terms of customer service can be reduced.
Afterwards, nvi identified potential problems in search engines indexation of the new website and optimized content to ensure proper representation of keywords. nvi also trained an internal team at Desjardins and was present at their office to ensure knowledge transfer. A migration plan was also planned and coordinated by nvi to perform manyredirects.
